Claim a LinkedIn Listing Page for Your Company

1 min read

LinkedIn has introduced Listing Pages to help members and businesses establish their presence on the platform. If you are currently an employee, you can claim the Listing Page to further enhance your company’s visibility on LinkedIn. Each Listing Page features a banner indicating that the page was created by LinkedIn.

Who Can Use This Feature? #

To claim a Listing Page, you need to have your current position with the associated company listed in the “Experience” section of your LinkedIn profile. If another eligible member has already claimed the Listing Page, you can request administrator access. If you are not eligible to claim the page or do not wish to become an administrator, you can share the page with an eligible member by clicking the “Share Page” button on the banner at the top.

Use of Business Information #

The information used to create Listing Pages comes from various sources, including publicly available information, licensed third-party data, and data collected via APIs. The information on Listing Pages is gathered solely for business purposes, and any data identifying individuals pertains only to their professional roles.

If you believe a mention is incorrect or should be removed, please contact us. For questions or concerns about your personal data in relation to Listing Pages, or to learn more about how LinkedIn processes personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.

How to Claim a Listing Page #

  1. Find the Company’s Page: Search for the page of your company.
  2. Click on “Claim”: In the top right corner, click on “Claim.”
  3. Confirm Eligibility: Check the box to confirm you are eligible to claim the page for your company.
  4. Click on “Confirm”: You will be redirected to the Page Administrator view.
